account & payment problem
Hi.
I have a problem with Adobe account and plan payment.
I paid a plan a few days ago, but I haven't been able to use any Adobe program without verification. I tried to send a verification e-mail to my address like tons of times again and again and I haven't been received any of them.
Then I signed out and logged in on Adobe, and the real problem happend. My account said I have no plan paid. As I wrote above, I already paid a few days ago have a receipt from my bank account.
I guess this problem is something about duplicated accounts, because I feel like there are two accounts using the same email address, but nothing's sure for now...
I must solve this problem ASAP since I have a very important meeting today. Plus, It's not able to ask Adobe to help cuz it's still midnight in my country. If there is anyone who has dealt with this kind of problem, please let me know. I'd appreciate it so much.
