Hello

Hope anyone can help me here.

I had an active plan creative suite charging every month.

But my account now shows "No active plan" (as well no invoices are listed in the account), but my credit card still get charged every month.

There is no option to write any email or to call anyone.

Can anyone help here or refer me to the correct option to contact someone.

Thanks in advance

    1. Open CC Desktop App.
    2. Click your Avatar (top right image) > Preferences > General tab > Settings. Select "Always keep Creative Cloud up to date."
    3. Click on your Avatar again.
    4. Sign-out of Creative Cloud.
    5. Close all apps.
    6. Restart your computer.
    7. Open CC Desktop app.
    8. Click your Avatar.
    9. Sign-in with your paid ID and password.

Or it's possible you have another plan under a different ID (email).
