Account problems

Hey guys.

I am stuck. Can move forward cant move backwards. I can not find my plan, nor the invoices. I am still paying around $30 each month but when I try, let say, cancel plan, or to change something it doesn't appeare that I have anything. Not to mention that any of the Adobe programs are not working. It is impossible to reach out to customer support, only AI bot.
I think that main problem was that I used my school account to collect discout and then it changed to personal account (same e-mail) when year 1 was over. Now it says that I need to contact my administrator but there is noone to contact. My school has nothing to do with Adobe, they can't help me.

Seems rediculous but its really anoying, feels like I am blocked in a deadend street.

Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance

contact adobe support, using x.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
