Account Transition Issues: Non-Profit Acrobat Subscription through Goodstack

I am having a similar program. I have an individual account which was given free Creative Cloud from TechSoup plus I purchased Acrobat 2020 many years ago. Now I have been approved for the non-profit Acrobat for $15 per year through Goodstack but I can't get the account to allow the change and put in a payment means. Thank you in advance for your help.
