Account upgrade probleme

I paid my subscription I see it in my google play and in my bank account on March 18 but on the application it tells me "upgrade" I disconnected it changes nothing???

check your account in a web browser to verify your subscription is what you expect and to verify your adobe id, https://accounts.adobe.com

 

then, if your account shows what you expect, sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application using the same adobe id used to verify your subscription: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
