Hi,
Accounting need to receive invoice monthly by email and not downloading it in your complex web interface.
I am so surprise you don't already have that like every other companies.
Please add it .

Then you must send it to them. Adobe doesn't send email invoices to 3rd parties for privacy reasons.

I don't understand your comment... what "3rd parties"?
We receives thousands of invoices per months and all of them by email and to our accouting departement.
Adobe is the only supplier we have that do not send invoices by email.
If accounting would be required to log everymonths into webpages to download a pdf: we would need to double our current staff...

Adobe have great products but their whole website system needs a lot of works to be business friendlyer.
