Gostaria de informar que efetuei o cancelamento do meu plano recentemente e, conforme as informações fornecidas, meu acesso às ferramentas deveria ser mantido até o dia 25 de outubro devido ao pagamento já realizado. No entanto, estou enfrentando dificuldades para salvar meus arquivos, uma vez que recebo uma mensagem informando que não tenho mais acesso às ferramentas. Lamento o inconveniente causado por essa situação e, em vista disso, gostaria de solicitar gentilmente o reembolso do pagamento realizado. Agradeço pela compreensão e pronta resolução deste problema.
