Acrobat Pro DC licence is not recognized

Hi everyone,

I'm using an Acrobat Pro DC licence which is supposed to be renewed automatically every year (see screenshot of my account, sorry it's in French).

This morning I received a message that the licence has expired and I have to renew it, and indeed all the DC Pro functions have been deactivated as a consequence (see screenshot).
I went to try and "rebuy" the licence to see what would happen and rightly received a message that I couldn't buy it because I already own a renewable yearly license. No Internet/PC issues or anything.
