Acrobat s'ouvre sans vouloir se connecter et s'arrête au bout de quelques secondes

Application Acrobat 25.1, widows 10.Bonjour, depuis quelques temps, Acrobat agit comme si je n'avais pas d'abonnement, il s'ouvre sans être connecté, appuyer sur "se connceter" n'a aucun effet, et au bout de quelques secondes il se ferme. Je l'ai déjà réinstallé deux foix en enlevant les fichiers qui trainaient, mais rien n'y pas. Le plus étonnat est que ce souci arrive sur ma tour pc, mais aucun souci sur mon portable Mac (où là il voit ma licence). Que faire ?Merci
