I purchased Acrobat Standard for teams, 1 month. my bank account was charged. I did not receive any e-mail or activation to my account.

    @RikB123 I can confirm that there are no subscriptions or software titles under the account you used to post to this public discussion forum. Please check with the people in your organization who manage software titles for more assistance.

    No subscription, no orders or invoices. I'm sure I've used the correct e-mail address/account

    I've ordered Acrobat Standard for teams and did the payment via iDeal for €18,14.

    I did not receive any confirmation on my Adobe account or e-mail regarding this order.
