Activate Redeem Code from 2024 in year 2025

Hi,

I got in 2024 November a redeem code and want to activate/extend today (2025 October) my 1 year plan, but it doesn't work.

Is the code even time related? Who has the experience?

I don't understand, I purchase two codes but it works only for 2024??

Hi @Shivangi_Gupta , I purchased on Amazon, item is "phtotosho and lightroom 20gb 1 year abo" (provider is Adobe), I didn't notice there was any information about validity. Can we see the code validity from Adobe?

the code probably expired. contact the vendor to confirm.
