Activation of Lightroom 6 failed after reinstallation of PC

Hello Support, 

I have changed my PC and I had to reinstall Lightroom 6.14, but now I can't activate the program: too many installations, but the old PC is deleted and I can't deactivate the old copy any more.

Can someone please help me?

    Hi, you'd have to contact Adobe Customer Care, and ask them to reset the activations for your license... Then you can proceed with reactication.

     

    You should be able to reach them via live online chat or possibly phone:
