Activation problem / Impossible d'utiliser XD sur un autre poste malgré l'achat

Hello, 

I dont't know if i should write in english or french, i will put both.

I have the CC classical account, all applications, no problem.
I wanted to buy another licence for XD for another dev in my team who doesn't need all CC applications.

So, on my account i have one complete CC, and a XD alone.

CC is on a computer

XD on another, but when we want to launch XD on this other computer, that says that we already reached the number of computer autorised ?

 

What should we do ? I paid for XD but i can't use it ?

j'ai une licence CC complète et un XD acheté en marge hier.
Nous avons donc un PC avec une installation de la creative suite, et un autre PC où nous avons installé XD.
Quand nous essayons d'utiliser cette version d'XD nous sommes bloqués, le logiciel nous dit que nous avons atteint le nombre max de postes.
Quel est le problème ? Comment utiliser ce logiciel que nous avons acheté ?

It's better to use only one language. The mechanical translation gets confused with mixed language entries.

Unfortunately when i try to reach https://adminconsole.adobe.com/ i have a message that says that i don't have access to this function.
Is this only for some accounts ?

it's for all admins of team/enterprise subscriptions.

 

1. do you have a teams/enterprise subscription?

2. are you the admin of your plan?
