Question

Active Creative Cloud Pro subscription, but Premiere Pro asks me to subscribe

Hello everyone,

I'm having a problem with my Adobe account.

I have an active Creative Cloud Pro subscription. My subscription appears correctly on my Adobe Account page, my payment is successful, and my plan is active.

However, whenever I open Adobe Premiere Pro, instead of recognizing my subscription, it shows the "Choose the plan that's right for you" screen and asks me to purchase a subscription again.

I've already tried:

  • Signing out and signing back into Creative Cloud.
  • Restarting my computer.
  • Confirming that I'm signed in with the correct Adobe account
  • Verifying that my subscription is active on the Adobe website.

Unfortunately, the problem still persists.

Has anyone experienced this issue before? Is this a licensing/synchronization problem with my Adobe account, or is there another solution I should try?

I've attached screenshots of my active subscription and the screen Premiere Pro shows when it launches.

Thank you in advance for your help.

    check your account, https://account.adobe.com

if that shows your cc pro sub with no payment problem, then sign out and back in to the cc desktop app using the same id/pass used to confirm your sub.

if that doesn’t show your cc pro sub, use https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/billing-and-payments/payment-and-billing-issues/unknown-charge-on-bill.html to find the charged account.

if there’s a payment problem, fix it https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/billing-and-payments/payment-and-billing-issues/retry-failed-or-missed-payment.html
