Active la prueba gratuita y cancele antes de que generar el cobro y me siguen cobrando

Realice la activación de la prueba gratuita, lo cancele antes de la fecha que generaba el cobro y me llego el correo de confirmación de que se había cancelado la suscripción gratuita, sin embargo ahora mismo están intentando hacer el cobro de la suscripción cuando ya se había cancelado (no se ha hecho el cobro efectivo porque tengo la tarjeta en 0), pero tampoco puedo administrar el plan por el supuesto problema con el pago. Necesito que me ayuden con esto.

    you’re being charge for an acrobat subscription (which it appears you did not cancel).  your screenshot shows a cancellation of ai for acrobat, but not acrobat itself.

     

    if you don’t want the acrobat subscription, cancel it. make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html
