Active plan out of nowhere

Question

Hello there, I got an email regarding my "Substance 3D Collection" that I have never bought, saying the payment is past due. I tried cancelling it, even adding a credit card, and now in order to cancel it I have to pay 200+ euros. I've never purchased said plan nor there's anything on my orders or invoices regarding that.

somebody started a trial using your credit card.  you seemed to know the account used and the password.
