Active subscription for Indesign but showing 'trial ended'
Hello there,
I have an ongoing active Indesign subscription but it tells me that I am on trial that ends. I cannot use Indesign, I cannot cancel the currect subscription as it will take away all the money for the remaining 10 months of agreed annual subscription.
I tried ALL of the solutions recommended, logged out and back in, removed all sorts of certificates, stuff that is available online, and none of it worked.
I also have another photography plan that works fine. So, what do I do?
