Actulizacion de plan

Hola, en el pasado tenia un plan gratuito de prueba que vencio y ahora he comprado un plan anual full apps pagado mensualmente (finaliza el 8 mayo 2021) y cuando hice la instalacion me actualizo las apps pero me solo me da la opcion de "Iniciar prueba" cuando entiendo que deberia ser abrir. Creo que esto se debe a que combine mi cuenta de Adobe con la de Gmail que tenia el viejo plan. En fin. saben como puedo resolver este asunto? Gracias.

1. Open CC Desktop App.
2. Click the gear icon > General tab > Settings. Select "Always keep Creative Cloud up to date."
3. Click on your Avatar (top right image).
4. Sign-out of Creative Cloud.
5. Close all apps.
6. Restart your computer.
7. Open CC Desktop app.
8. Click your Avatar.
9. Sign-in with your paid ID and password.
