Question

Aditional charges to my credit card

Hello, On de 23 of April 20205 I paid my annual subscription of Adobe and then cancelled it, so I received a refund on my credit card in June. I then changed plans to a smaller plan and paid for that. But now I see 4 charges that were made to my credit card in April and have a large debt on my credit card which I think should not be there. Could you please help me understand what these additional charges are that appear on my credit card and how to get rid of them? Will I also get a refund this month? Attached are my credit card statements with the charges.

Hi @camila_1158,

Thank you for reaching out.

Upon review, I can confirm that you previously had an Acrobat Pro plan associated with the Adobe ID used to post this query, which was canceled earlier last month. A refund for this cancellation was successfully initiated to your account on June 3rd.

If you are seeing multiple Adobe-related transactions on your bank statement, we recommend verifying those directly with your bank to ensure there are no duplicate charges or pending refunds.

For additional clarification or assistance, you are welcome to contact our Adobe Support team here:

However, we do suggest checking with your bank first, as they can provide the most accurate and timely information regarding any posted or reversed transactions.

Please let us know if you need further assistance.
