Adobe Abo 4R670888H9024782

Hallo,

durch Neuinstalation auf meinem PC  sind alle Daten des Abos nicht mehr eingetragen und ich musste erneut einen Vertrag abschließen. Wird dadurch das vorherige Abo dann automatisch gekündigt oder zahle ich dann 2x für ein Produkt?

Mail [personal information removed]

Muss ich beide kündigen und dann ernuet mich anmelden?

    Hi @nicole_0851,

    We appreciate you reaching out. As per your account details, you have a trial for Creative Cloud Photography Plan (1TB). There is no duplicacy.

    I hope it answers your query.

    on a new computer or a reformatted older one, just reinstall the cc desktop app and then sign-in to it with your adobe id.

    this page explains how to install cc apps by first installing the cc desktop app. the links at the page bottom allow you to select the installer suitable for your os, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html

    @nicole_0851

    I've moved your post from Using the Community to the Account, Payment, & Plan forum.

    Creating a new subscription does not automatically unsubscribe the previous one. Instead you could have logged in with your same Adobe ID and password. Adobe Employees can verify that you have two subscriptions while volunteers cannot.

    Since you now have two subscriptions, contact Adobe Customer Care to sort this out. Try the link to auto-open the Chat:
    https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
    Type "agent"

    If your browser blocks the Chat window, try the steps here:
    https://community.adobe.com/t5/creative-cloud-services/how-to-contact-adobe-support/td-p/11875703

    You can also send a post through X (formerly Twitter) to @AdobeCare.

    Do not reply to PMs, which are likely to be scammers.
