I checked the email address associated with your community profile, but I was unable to find any active or trial Adobe subscription linked to that account.
Since you mentioned PayPal charges, it's possible that the subscription is associated with a different Adobe account or email address. To help identify the source of the charge, please use Adobe's Charge Finder tool:

The Charge Finder can help locate the Adobe account connected to the transaction by using details from the charge. Once you've identified the account, you'll be able to review and manage the associated subscription, including cancellation options if needed.
