I feel I was scammed into paying for this. You sign up for a $4.99 trial and now they charge me $4.99 per month plus $21.99!! Now I cannot cancel for a whole year? And there is no support to tell them they are taking advantage of people and I have no one to contact? I will never recommend this service to anyone. You think you are signing up for a trial and now you are locked in paying for a year!!

you can cancel, but there's an early cancellation fee after the trial plus grace periods.

Please note the following:

If a subscription is canceled within 14 days of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund, and your account will revert to a free membership without any cancellation fee.
If the subscription is canceled after 14 days, an early termination fee of 50 percent of the remaining contract balance applies. For example, if you cancel in the ninth month of a twelve-month plan, you would be charged 50 percent of the fees for the remaining three months.
