Same thing happening to me, tried the same troubleshooting steps, no luck.

 

And yes it’s Adobe Account Access.

    ​@jonathank36620286 thanks for posting about the problems you are encountering using the Adobe Account Access. I see that you have a new individual account, but is your iOS device managed by the same organization that manages your email account?
