Adobe Account Access keep crashing - lets keep the focus just on this app

My adobe account access authenticator keeps crashing immediately when it opens.

I have: deleted and reloaded, hard reboot, reset the phone settings, made sure I have password and biometric access to the phone.  Worked with apple support.  redone the above multiple times.  A colleague of mine has the same problem

Help! please

The community manager did try and help but he / she was under the impression I could not load the software.  The software loads fine and I have used the product successfully for years.  I dont think this is operator error.
