Adobe Acrobat Cancellation Error
Hi, I've been trying to cancel my adobe for over a week now. I have been told it'll automatically cancel on the page if I don't pay for the subsequent month which I planned on. Still, they somehow charged me from my bank account at an unfortunate time (when I transferred money into my account to buy groceries at university which means this is a food-free week lol). Now I should be able to cancel it manually but despite the payment going through, it keeps telling me the problem with the billing account and whenever I sort it out and refresh, it says there is an error still, therefore never allowing me to access the cancellation button. How do I fix this issue so I can access the cancellation button?
