Hello Community,.

What is the best plan for a team of 4 people using the Adobe Acrobat? We do not need photoshop or other options - just the adobe acrobat for editing pdfs/signing/organising pdf etc.

I appreciate your guidance!

NOTE - an individual plan MAY be used for a business purpose... a team plan is appropriate where the business is going to (A) pay for the plans and (B) assign or reassign the plan to employees, such as when an employee is replaced due to leaving or moving to a different job

that depends.

who's paying and who's going to own the subscription?  one entity or the individual users?

as far as adobe is concerned, the payee is the owner..  ie, whoever pays will own the files created.  while that can be insignificant for locally stored files and intrapersonal agreements, it can be significant when adobe's cc file storage is used.  and if an entity pays, and a user is no longer part of the entity, other issues can arrise.

Thank you. The business will pay the subscription.

We are looking at a situation where the business can install the Adobe
Acrobat on the PCs of A, B, C, D for their use (editing, converting,
redacting, with each person able to set up their individual signatures ).

Thank you!

you can use teams or enterprise subscriptions.
