Buen día, tengo una suscripción anual desde enero que no la use ya que se me extravío mi iPad, ahora que deseo hacer uso de la suscrición me doy cuenta que esta como plan gratuito. Necesito ayuda para resolverlo inmediatamente.

    If you joined Acrobat Mobile Premium from the Apple Store, you'll need to contact Apple Store.

    exactly what account do you have? eg, acrobat premium is not free.  adobe reader is free.

     

    and you can check https://account.adobe.com if you're not sure what you have or whether you're paying.
