Adobe Acrobat Pro
I took the Adobe Pro trial but could not end the trial because of some maintenance work. Then I used the chat box and asked the employee to cancel my trial. I got the confirmation email that the trial was cancelled. I still was charged and needed to ask for the refund. I explained the situation to a one person, then I was transferred to another employee and had to explain it again. Then the employee said that I need to contact my bank because she/he could not find the payment. After one hour and 9 minutes, the employee said that they will issue a refund (that will take 5-7 business days). Such a bad experience with Adobe and won't recommend the trial to anyone.
