Adobe Acrobat Pro Cancelation

Hello, back in May I canceled my adobe acrobat pro subscription within the 14 day trial. Attached please see the email confirming cancelation. That said, my credit card continues to be charged $19.99 monthly by Adobe. Any suggestions to truly get the the plan canceled, the auto pay to stop and a refund for the months being charges for a product I am not using? Thank you.

does it show an existing subscription (eg, for acrobat ai)?
