I made a free trail of adobe acrobat using an email adress with a typo using my card after i realised i wanted to end the trail and use my real email but i couldn't access the account with the wrong email because i need a code i dont have. How can i end this free trail so i dont get charged 20 francs every month.

Matthias, I am sorry that you redeemed using a new Adobe account, which includes a typo, leaving you unable to access the account. I don't believe we will be able to restore access to the new account, but you can click on https://adobe.ly/4lSIs6Y to chat with us directly to see if there are any additional options for you. Please use a different device if you are unable to contact anyone.

If you are unable to regain access to the new account with a typo, Matthias, then please contact whoever provided you with the redemption code to request a new code. For more information on using redemption codes, see https://adobe.ly/42B2s6O. ^JW

Hi @matthias_0032,

Welcome to the community.

As you mentioned, the Adobe subscription is not associated with this email address. Please follow the article shared by the expert above to change your Adobe email address and then you can proceed with the cancellation.
