make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

and for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

if you're unable to follow the steps described, check your account (https://account.adobe.com) for a payment problem. all payment problems must be resolved before cancellation is enabled, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/fix-failed-missed-payment.html

Krystian, I am sorry you did not find more value in our services. Your subscription is managed by the Google Play Store. Please see https://adobe.ly/4paAyqp for more information on how to cancel your subscription. ^JW

@krystian_7830 you cna check on your Adobe account. Open a web browser (either on your computer or phone) and go to the Adobe account page: https://account.adobe.com/. Sign in using the exact email address (Adobe ID) associated with the trial and the resulting charge. Once signed in, in the top-right corner is an avatar, click on that, and select manage account. Under Plans and payment, look for a tab or link labeled "Orders and invoices" or "Orders". Select this option to see your complete billing history. Your recent purchase (the charge of $80 Euro) should be listed here with a corresponding invoice. The invoice/receipt will explicitly state the product purchased, the date, and the subscription term (e.g., "Annual, billed monthly" or "Annual, prepaid").
