I have upgraded my debit CARD for Illustrator! And I've cancelled my subscription to Adobe Acrobat Pro  because I want to store the private drawings I make on my private hard drive. I am retired and have no income or professional activities. What I do in Illustrator is completely private. And I  paid many thousands of SEK for the program 24-25 years ago. Stop harassing me!!! Otherwise I will have to go to the press or the police.

If you have trouble canceling, please go to Adobe Customer Service (Make sure to sign in to your Adobe account first and allow popups and cookies on your browser. You may not be able to see the chat window if using a VPN.):
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen will automatically open the chat window.
Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person.

I've nothing to, just cancel my subscription on Adobe Acrobat Pro.
