Adobe already deducted cash on my account but I can't see the download button for LR and PS.

Hello ADOBE!

My bank already deducted 498 php on my account and I still can't find a way to see the download/install button on my account. It should be similar to STEAM when I bought a game, I could download it immediately right?

I tried talking with your virtual assistant chat but it didn't help me.
This is my first time subscribing.

21 hours has passed, please work on this.

install the cc desktop app from here https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs. 

 

if you have trouble downloading the cc desktop app or you see an error message when trying to install, make sure you have a compatible os (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/system-requirements.html), and use the alternative download links at page bottom here, https://helpx.adobe.com/in/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html

if that fails, proceed to these steps - https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/resolve-trial-and-license-expired-errors.html

 

if that fails, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/adobe-license-issues-keychain-credential-mgr.html

 

if those all fail, change your cc language.  eg, try international english

 

if that fails, change the install location
