Adobe Animate Free Trial Cancelation

I had started a 7-day free trial for Adobe Animate, but I am unable to cancel it. When I view the "Plans and payment" tab on my Adobe account, the page shows "You have no paid plans" (see attached screenshot). However, I still have 5 days left for my free trial in Adobe Animate when I open the software. 

 

Also, I had not received an email confirming my free trial when I first started the trial and used the Adobe Animate application. Is there another way I can cancel the Adobe Animate software so I am not charged after the free trial?

the email address you used when starting the trial is where you need to check.

Yes, I had checked the email address I used when starting the trial but am still unable to cancel Adobe Animate.

try using a mobile phone's browser. 

 

does that also show no subscription?

 

if it also shows no subscription, do you have the email from adobe confirming your trial's start?
