Adobe bezieht Monatlich CHF 15.30 von meiner Kreditkarte, jedoch ich kein Abo. Mit keiner E-mailadresse.

Dies habe ich bei beiden über den Chatt versucht zu lösen, jedoch heisst es, ich müsse mich mit der richtigen E-mailadresse anmelden.

Wieso wird dann Geld abgezogen?
