adobe business plan not working

hi,

subsribed to the creative cloud licensing for all apps but i still cant access premier pro, photoshop, etc. why??

Ensure that you are signing in with exactly the same Adobe ID that you subscribed with.

In the past, some people have created more than one Adobe ID and have signed in with the wrong one.
