Adobe can't verify my subscription status.

Cannot open my Lightroom Classics because I keep getting the same issue that my subscription status cannot be verified.

My billing details and address are right, all the apps and my IOS are up to date. I tried to delete everything related to Adobe on my laptop to reinsall everything and nothing helped. Restarted my device multiple times, the time and date are right and the internet connection is good. I even tried to swithc to my phones hotspot and nothing helped. Firewall is inactive.

I am giving up on using Adobe and this is my last hope in finding the answer.

try @Jeffrey_A_Wright 's link first.

only if that fails, proceed to these steps - https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/resolve-trial-and-license-expired-errors.html

if that fails, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/adobe-license-issues-keychain-credential-mgr.html

if those all fail, change your cc language.  eg, try international english

if that fails, change the install location

Please tell us the exact unedited error message, word-for-word verbatim.

Go to account.adobe.com, sign in and see if your subscription is shown and the next payment date is some time in the future (and not in the past).

Anastasia, thanks for posting. I can confirm your new subscription is active. Please see https://adobe.ly/4jYI3zD for several solutions you can implement to allow Lightroom to see your active plan. Please update this public discussion thread if you have any questions. ^JW
