Adobe cancellation fee

Hi All,

I'm after some help about the adobe cancellation fee. 

I have been subscribed to the annual adobe plan since being a student back in 2023 for a monthly charge of about £60. I have recently gotten my first full tiem job where an adobe license is supplied and now wish to cancel my personal license. 

I initially subscribed to adobe in the month of september 2023 and when I now go to cancel my subscription... 2 years later It's demanding i pay a cancellation fee of over £300, I understand it's because it's renewed my yearly subscription but it even states after 14 days of purchase you can cancel without a fee. 

Can anyone help me with this? It's ridiculous after subscribing for 2 years I need to pay an exit fee of £300+!!
