Adobe cancelled my subscription

I recieved an email at 2:50am saying that Adobe has processed my cancellation request.

Only problem is, I never cancelled my account. I'm not even sure how you would do that.

 

How do I reactivate my subscription?
How do I do it without being charged twice for the same month?

Thank you in advance for any assistance you can provide

It took four hours sitting on the chat but they finally got it sorted.
They couldn't explain why my account was randomly cancelled though

I have been on the Adobe Help chat for the last 3 hours, and the dude can't reactivate my account.

I was hoping someone knew how to do it from Creative Cloud or from the Account section.

Are you sure that e-mail is legitimate and not a physhing scheme?

 

1. With a browser that accepts cookies and does not have script blockers, please log-in to your account portal below with your PAID id and password.

3. Online chat is available in English 24/7.
4. In the chat box, type AGENT followed by enter key and wait for a human.
5. Alternately, phone customer service M-F during normal business hours.
