Adobe CC License Won't Link

I bought an Adobe CC 1-year sub via Amazon. When I go to manage my sub, I get a green check with "Successfully assigned license", but when I go to link my account, I get an error message: "Vendor notified us that your account is not eligible for this product."

I've called Amazon several times. I've called Adobe even more. This has been over a month of being on the phone a few days a week, sometimes for hours at end, to be met with no solution & both parties blaming each other.

Is there a way to contact someone in North America who speaks English natively? The language barrier isn't helping & I'm extremely tired of having to explain my situation multiple times to Adobe representatives, only for them to tell me I have to contact Amazon. The seller on Amazon is Adobe. This is an Adobe issue.

I currently have no subscription to Adobe, so I often cannot get help - some of the time spent dealing with Adobe has ended due to not being able to get help, because they believe I have no subscription. I had to take photos of my Amazon purchase, today, which led to the guy basically telling me it was an Amazon issue, which it isn't.

Can anyone help?

Thanks! Happy new year!

Hi @athletic_Glitter5428,

Wish you a very happy new year!

I could not find any active subscription associated with your Adobe account. When did you make the purchase? What happened when you spoke with Amazon?

You can't find the subscription because I don't have one! You don't understand what's being said here and you're jumping to conclusions, like all of the other Adobe employees I've spoken with -- it's not your fault, English isn't your native language.

I need to speak to someone in North America, whose native language is English. I've called Adobe about this more times than I can remember.

I bought a one-year Adobe Creative Cloud subscription (sub) on Amazon. I created an Adobe account for the subscription. When I go to link my subscription on Amazon, so I can use the subscription I paid for, I receive an error message: "Vendor notified us that your account is not eligible for this product."

How do I speak with someone in North America about this? Every person in Pakistan or India that works for Adobe is at a loss and won't help me, due to thinking I've not purchased a subscription. There is no way to speak to someone, unless a subscription is bought. This has been a nightmare.

this issue typically occurs because the amazon offer is first time subscribers only.

anyway, you should be using chat or social media to contact adobe support.

I am a first-time subscriber. I don't have a subscription.

I can't get a hold of Adobe when I call, or when I use their chat. They don't understand, much like everyone else involved in this, it seems.

I bought a subscription on Amazon. It presents an error message, when I go to link the account I created specifically for this purchase. When I call Adobe, they have no idea what to do because they don't understand English very well -- no matter how many times I explain the situation, they can't help me.

What is so hard to understand here? I can't contact Adonbe via chat because you need to have a paid subscription to speak to anyone, but I can't get my subscription to work without speaking to someone.

This is an absolute nightmare.

in chat, you'll encounter the same problem.  there's some problem on the vendor's end that opaque to adobe.
