Adobe CC Plan Management Problem

I renewed my CC plan on June 15th. I purchased a new plan, but I haven't been able to manage my plan for a month. It said I'd be able to manage my plan soon. But now, even though I've received payment, it says there's a billing issue. No matter how many payment methods I enter, the problem persists. This is a very serious problem, and I can't find anyone who can help me resolve it.

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

try fixing your payment problem by using a mobile phone's browser to pay.

I tried. It says the payment is successful. Then it says there's a billing problem again. Nothing has changed. There's a problem with my account. This needs to be resolved immediately; my business is being disrupted.
