ADOBE charged me

ADOBE charged me before i cancell my adobe suscription, i got charged by 40.000COP. 

On May 12th, I canceled the service, and I received an email confirming that on the 16th of the same month, I would stop paying and revert to the basic service, but today I was just charged.
