Adobe charged me 9 times instead of 1

Adobe charged me 9 times. The transaction came through just once, however, the other 8 are still pending, and this is concerning me.

There are 2 possibilities:

1. Adobe did try more than once and each time, the transaction got cancelled by the bank/credit card company.
2. The 8 times were not enough funds on the card.

I suppose, your bank can also tell you what happens to the 8 pending transactions.

if you have an individual subscription, contact adobe support via the comments in my initial response.

oops, your post was moved confirming you do have a teams or enterprise subscription.

you may need to contact your plan administrator, especially if adobe support is unable to help you.

sheesh, i've seen double charges, but i think you get the award. 

anyway, if you do not have a teams/enterprise subscription, you need to contact adobe support.  there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
