Adobe charged me for six months after I cancelled all plans.

Question

I opened a trial on a couple plans on Jan. 12, 2023 and then decided that it wasn't for me so cancelled all of them on Jan 17, 2023. I have the cancellation email to prove it however, they've been repeatedy debiting ongoing payments via Paypal since then.

I then opened a bunch of cases for every instance of these debits to my account totalling $261.98 from Feb 2023 - June 2023.

All I got back from the Paypal resolution Center was a denial email saying that it was denied because the services were delivered to me.

I don't understand how that is fair. It is like me going and dropping a bunch of products off at someone's doorstep and then debiting the cost of those products out of their account without their consent. Then when they dispute it, I tell them "Well you did receive the products so you still have to pay".

I did not ask to receive the products after cancelling, nor have I used the products after cancelling. This is a fraudulent charge and I would like to be refunded.

contact adobe support. there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-community/td-p/12919684/redirect_from_archived_page/true
