Adobe charged me three times

<span;>I don't really know how this works here or where am I supposed to ask this exactly but I really need some help so I'm just gonna put this here.

<span;>I'm paying the "student discount" price for the "CC All Apps with 100GB storage" plan and for whatever reason Adobe charged us 3 times this month. The second one was understandable cause we were late with the previous months fee but I see no reason for the third one. This is an absurd amount of money and since I'm still a student who can't go to work cause I'm in school from 8am to 7pm my mom pays for this. However she can't keep that up if this'll be a recurring thing. (Wich is not good cause i kind of don't want to fail school) No I did not order anything new, I didn't touch my plan at all. Anyone can help me out? Thank you.

Hi Enid,

As I understand were charged 3 in a month for Creative Cloud subscription. We checked your account and found no duplicate charges on your account. We request you to kindly check with your bank for the same. The charges that last came out were for the month of November. Hope this information helps.

  • Hi! Thank you for the help. Yes, I checked my account too and just as you mentioned there is no sign of more than  one charge however we still got 3 messages of our bank about Adobe charging us this month, that's why I found the whole situation weird. We'll check with the bank though, I hope we find a solution and get the money back.

Thank you for flagging this. This could be some fraudulent scam. Please keep the thread updated with the information from your bank.
