Adobe Charged me USD485.24 to cancel my account

Today I tried to set up a new Adobe account with my personal email and delete my Adobe account linked with my college email. When I tried to delete the college email account Adobe told me I needed to update my credit card payment and when I did it charged me $485.24. I haven't been able to speak to anyone about this, this is ridiculous

Adobe telephone support is only available M-F, during normal business hours. 

 

Contact your school's IT dept immediately.  A 50% early termination fee is customary.  But this sounds like you cancelled your school's plan for everyone.
