Adobe charged me without telling me

Abobe charged me for months, without asking me if i wanted to renew it. They sent me emails that they couldn't collected the payment. Even though, they collected the pay ment. I couldn't get a refund, and still lost time and money. I didn't cancel after 7 days and now im paying the price.

adobe didn't ask you if you wanted to renew because your original contract terms included an agreement for automatic renewal.

Are you saying in a public forum that you knowingly gave Adobe a bad credit card so that you wouldn't have to pay for services that you ordered, downloaded and installed on your computer?
