I never signed up for an account but I've been been charged two months now. I looked through my email for an email they said that they sent and I never received it. I never signed up for any type of account. Today, I logged into my account and it's saying I signed up for a Pro plan and I will be charged $100 to cancel but I never signed up for it and I've already been charged for 2 months

did you start a trial?  could someone in your household use your credit card?

 

if no and no, contact your bank to report fraudulent use of your credit card.

 

if yes, to either you may not want to check further and indicate here what occured.
