Adobe charges 66€ instead of 17,99€

Hey all, I am a very broke college student. As a freelancer, I needed to use several apps like adobe audition. I've since tried quitting a million times but could never afford the horrendous cancellation fee of like 120€. 
i no longer am in that field of work. I had one single subscription left or 17,99€ that k could quit today. So tell me why adobe charges 66€?! I literally don't have any other account and no other subscriptions left. I can't delete my account. There's no way to get in touch with customer service. Can any one of you help me out?

This plan is offered at a discounted rate with an annual commitment, which is why an early termination fee was applied when you tried to cancel. This fee is part of the terms agreed upon at the time of subscription.
