Adobe charges money for services not provided
I was subscribed on Adobe Acrobat professional in 2022. However in December 2022 I closed my personal account and shift to account of our Institution. However Adobe continue taking money from my personal bank account, despite the claim that you can unsubscribe at any time.
Thus, 300 euros were charged from my account for services not provided to me, despite the fact that I do not have a private subscription and I am on the subscription of our institute. I would to know who I can contact to resolve this issue.
